The membership form should be filled out by an authorized caregiver if the performer is under age 16, contact us if you need help.
The “Youth membership” entitles you to perform in as many kinds of acts as you wish, whether in a group or on your own.
Your membership will be accepted after the PAC committee receives your membership form and payment, and you will be notified by email. You will then be entitled to all membership benefits.
Please note: refunds will only be given if requested within 14 days of payment, less an administration fee of 50%.
